While it's true that Good Vibes All Purpose Cleaner cleans just about everything, there is one thing that your should not clean with Good Vibes or any other soap for that matter. Your cast iron pots and pans.

To keep your Cast Irons well seasoned, clean them while they're hot with oil, salt and a natural bristle pot scrubber, then place them on a hot burner to dry. Never leave them wet or they will rust.
